Lol Jou's definitely the hardest character to watch but I get why he's so passionate and dramatic after finding out how his father has been affected by the losing streak. But Kurokawa telling Tsuji to disappear was so funny, it was so random and felt like one of those moments you see in a romance.

I dont mind Jo's passion but his overly dramatic behaviour is putting me off enjoying this anime. Tsuji is suffering from yips and he probably doesnt even understand that himself but having Jo shouting off in his face and grabbing him up every chance he gets is disgusting. It's also making it a little more difficult for Tsuji to approach Jo on that subject too because Jo is blinded by his fathers issues.

Jo needs to STFU.He coerced tsuji into joining,then repeatedly blames him for not scoring?wtf is this?Cant even get all his teammates to accept tsuji esp his senpais still wanna talk big n such.worse is he acts like hes pissed at tsuji all the time instead of appreciating his presence.if i were tsuji maybe i'd leave just to spite him;tsuji wasnt even in the team in the first place n had no obligations right from the start...n no he wasnt laughing at their team unlike what jo insisted he was.u dont just accuse someone of sth n blare ur horns at them on the basis of that fake reason...its no different from finding an excuse to declare war.

Ya those are probably my biggest gripes when you ignore the BL. It was really random and dramatic. And everyone is ignoring the MCs obvious problem. I understand if the MC doesn't notice. But you are trying to tell me no one else does?

I wouldnt say everyone doesnt notice, I have a feeling the coach knows what his going through. However, his teammates I'm pretty sure they have no clue and just see it as him constantly making mistakes.

Ya I was thinking other than the coach I guess after I read it. But I just don't see how his teammates could after seeing the amazing penalty kicks and the obvious fear of shooting.

This show is good when it's not focusing on the unnecessary boy love which adds nothing to it. Not sure why BL love to be sports anime. They make their audience so much smaller for no reason.

Recap so far this anime is about 1 person obsessed with old friend that go overseas because parent work, 1 person obsessed with his father somehow not really important history, 1 person obsessed with his maybe same gender romantic feeling friend.

what a shame..... the original shoot might be also full of drama but not really for ridiculous reason
